Welcome to this spinal exploration space; I share the technique of spinning around your axis, and give space to explore, what it does on a physical, emotional, spiritual and mental level. And how to learn to steer in that.
Letting go of what no longer serves you, embracing who you are for this moment. Swirling offers so many possibilities, each time there are new discoveries.
In the workshop we begin with a short round of sharing, explanation, warm-up, exercises to become familiar with the spinal world. Then a whirlwind journey, set to music that is specially tuned for the group in advance. In which you have all the space, to explore playfully, and go as deep as you want in your journey.
Then we conclude with a short partial circle.
No experience is necessary, it’s just right the way you are right now ❤️ If you can walk, you can learn to whirl.

It is advisable, however, not to eat too much until 2 hours beforehand: a light meal and drink is fine.
